This policy explains how King of California Distribution (5130 E La Palma Ave, Anaheim, CA 92807) collects, uses, and shares information when you use this site. We are a B2B wholesale platform; most information we collect is business contact and order information.

Account information — name, business name, email, phone, delivery address, and license details you provide during registration or checkout.

Order information — products ordered, order history, payment method (card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers).

Device information — standard web logs, approximate location, and analytics events (pages viewed, device type) used to improve the site.

Local storage — we use browser storage for your session, cart contents, language preference, and age-gate confirmation. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

To operate your wholesale account: processing and delivering orders, invoicing, account approval and license verification, customer support, order notifications by email, fraud prevention, and legal compliance (including tobacco sale record-keeping required by law). We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Service providers that run our platform, acting on our instructions: Stripe (payments), Odoo (order and inventory management), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Resend (transactional email). We also disclose information when required by law — for example, PACT Act reporting to tax authorities. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

California residents may request: access to the personal information we hold about them, a copy of it, correction, or deletion (subject to records we must keep by law, such as sales records for regulated products). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We keep account and order records while your account is active and as long as required for tax, audit, and regulatory purposes. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is limited to personnel who need it to serve your account.
