Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are delivered by our own team, straight from our Anaheim warehouse to your store. Where our vans don't reach, we ship via ground carrier. Either way, plan on 1–5 business days from order confirmation to arrival — local van routes usually land on the sooner end.

We serve licensed retailers throughout California, with van delivery concentrated in Southern California. Not sure if your store is on a van route? Ask us — orders@kingofcali.org or the phone numbers on our Contact page.

Orders are reviewed and confirmed within 1 business day. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and our team will coordinate the delivery window with you if needed. Age-restricted products are released only to an adult (21+) at a licensed business address.

Please have someone available to receive and check the order. Count cases with the driver and note any damage or shortage at drop-off. Claims for damage or missing items must be filed within 48 hours — see Refunds & Returns.

Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you place your order. Pay-on-Delivery balances are due in full when the order is dropped off.
